Management bodies

The governing bodies of ANGECO are: the General Assembly, the President and the Board of Directors.

General Assembly

It´s the supreme governig body of the Association and is composed of all members. It decide on any matter of interest or affect the Association.

The Board of Directors

It´s the executive governing body of the Association. It has the complete representation of the General Assembly except those issues that are expressly assigned in the Statutes to the General Assembly and the President. Sets the guidelines for the development of the activities and projects, approves proposals, projects and new additions. It is composed of a Chairman, two Vicepresidents, four board members and one General Secretary.

                  In addition, ANGECO has six working committees formed by profesional people of our partner companies. They have the objective of promoting initiatives and the necessary activities to achieve the objectives of ANGECO. These working committees currently are:

                  Human Resources and Training Committee

                  It works to develop programs of internal and external training and supports partners in HR matters.

                  Data Protection Committee

                  It is responsible for the Type Code of ANGECO, monitoring their implementation and compliance.

                  Communication Committee

                  It is responsible for promoting initiatives aimed at optimizing the positioning of the corporate image of ANGECO both internally and externally.

                  Legislation Committee

                  His basic aim is to support a regulatory framework for the debt collection industry sector.

                  Studies Committee

                  His objective is the design and reporting of representative industry statistics provide from the partners own information.

                  New Partnerships Committee

                  Support group in attracting new partners.
